TETHER: Swing & Fly does not collect, store, transmit or share any personal data. We run no servers and no analytics. The only information that ever leaves your device goes to Apple, and only if you choose to use Game Center or make a purchase — both are described below.
The app may save preferences and progress in its own private storage. That data never leaves your device, is not readable by other apps, and is removed when you delete the app.
If you sign in to Game Center, Apple handles that sign-in and stores the scores and achievements the game submits so leaderboards can work. That is a service between you and Apple under Apple's privacy policy; we receive no personal data from it and cannot see who you are. Decline the sign-in and the whole game still works — nothing is submitted.
TETHER PRO is bought through the App Store. Apple processes the payment; we never see your name, card or address. The app only learns whether the purchase exists, and stores that single yes-or-no answer on your device.
Because we collect no data from anyone, we collect none from children. If a child uses Game Center, that is governed by the Apple ID and its parental settings.
If a future version collects anything, this policy will be updated before that version is released.
