출근영어는 계정도 로그인도 없이 쓰는 앱이에요. 이름, 이메일, 전화번호, 위치를 수집하지 않고, 광고·트래킹·제3자 분석 SDK도 넣지 않았어요. 기록은 기기에서 만들어진 익명 기기 ID 하나로만 구분해요.

음성 녹음을 다루는 방식

녹음(최대 60초)은 iPhone에 내장된 Apple 음성 인식으로 기기 안에서 텍스트로 바뀌어요. 음성 파일은 저희 서버로 보내지 않아요.
기기가 기기 내 인식을 지원하지 않으면 Apple 음성 인식 서비스가 처리할 수 있으며, 이때는 Apple의 개인정보 처리방침이 적용돼요.
음성 인식이 안 되면 들은 내용을 직접 적어 답할 수 있어요.
녹음 파일 원본은 사용자 기기에만 저장되고, 앱 설정에서 전체 삭제할 수 있어요.

서버에 저장하는 것

전사 텍스트, 피드백 텍스트, 세션 기록(상황 ID, 시도 횟수, 완료 시각, XP)을 저장해요.
저장하는 이유는 하나예요. 사용자가 자신의 기록을 나중에 다시 보기 위해서예요.
이 기록은 익명 기기 ID에 연결되고, 이름이나 연락처와는 연결되지 않아요.
피드백을 만들 때는 Anthropic Claude API를 사용하고, 이때 전사 텍스트가 전달돼요.

보관 기간

서버에 저장된 기록은 삭제를 요청하시면 그 시점에, 요청이 없으면 마지막 사용으로부터 12개월이 지날 때 삭제돼요. 음성 파일은 앞서 적은 대로 서버로 보내지 않으므로 서버에 보관하는 음성도 없어요.

삭제하는 방법

앱 안의 내 데이터 삭제를 누르면 서버에 저장된 기록이 즉시 전부 삭제돼요. 기기에 남아 있는 녹음 파일은 앱 설정에서 전체 삭제할 수 있어요.

결제

출근영어 프로는 App Store 자동 갱신 구독이에요. 월간은 3일 무료 체험 후 월 7,900원이 자동으로 결제되고, 연간은 체험 없이 연 59,000원으로 시작하며, 언제든 iPhone 설정 > Apple 계정 > 구독에서 해지할 수 있어요. 결제는 Apple이 처리하며, 카드 번호 같은 결제 정보는 저희 서버에 전달되지 않아요. 저희 서버에는 익명 기기 ID에 연결된 구독 상태(체험·유료·만료 여부, 만료일, 적용 중인 할인)만 저장돼요. 앱 안에서만 안내되는 할인(첫 달 30%, 이어가기 15%)은 탭해서 수락할 때만 적용되고, 수락하지 않으면 정가로 갱신돼요.

아동

이 앱의 연령 등급은 만 4세 이상이지만, 직장 생활을 하는 성인을 위해 만들었어요. 아동을 대상으로 하지 않고, 아동의 개인정보를 일부러 수집하지 않아요.

Effective 13 September 2026. 출근영어 is used without an account or sign-in. It does not collect your name, email address, phone number or location, and contains no advertising, tracking or third-party analytics SDKs. Records are tied only to an anonymous device ID generated on the device.

Voice. A recording (up to 60 seconds) is turned into text on your iPhone by Apple's built-in speech recognition; the audio is not sent to our server. If your device cannot recognise speech on the device, Apple's speech service may process it under Apple's privacy policy. The original recording files stay on your device and can all be deleted in the app settings.
Stored on the server. The transcribed text, the feedback text, and session records (situation ID, number of attempts, completion time, XP), linked to the anonymous device ID, so that you can look back at your own history. Feedback is generated with the Anthropic Claude API, which receives the transcribed text.

Retention. Server records are deleted when you ask for them to be deleted, or 12 months after your last use if you do not. No audio is kept on the server, because audio is never sent to it.

Deletion. 내 데이터 삭제 (Delete my data) in the app removes everything stored on the server immediately. Recordings on the device can be deleted in the app settings.

Payments. WorkEnglish Pro is an App Store auto-renewable subscription: a 3-day free trial, then KRW 7,900 per month (or KRW 59,000 per year), cancellable any time in iPhone Settings > Apple Account > Subscriptions. Apple processes the payment; card details never reach our server. We store only the subscription state tied to the anonymous device ID (trial, active or expired, the expiry date, and any promotional offer in effect). In-app promotional offers (first month 30% off, 15% off when you keep going) apply only when you tap to accept them; otherwise the standard price renews.

Children. The app is rated 4+, but it is made for working adults. It is not directed at children and does not knowingly collect personal information from them.

Changes. If this policy changes, the updated version will be posted on this page.
